01 — Challenge

Where it started

Lifelystyle came to us as a brand-new business: no website, no domain authority, no online presence at all. The difficulty wasn't a single landing page — it was that the business serves five fundamentally different audiences, each with its own psychology and buying logic. A realtor staging a $1.5M vacant listing thinks about ROI and days-on-market. A family decluttering a home thinks about stress and judgment. A senior downsizing thinks about dignity and patience. A relocating executive thinks about speed. An attorney organizing an office thinks about confidentiality. One generic "home organizing" page would have spoken to none of them — and a brand-new domain has zero head start in Google. The brief: build a premium, trustworthy presence that speaks to each audience in its own language, and lay an SEO foundation strong enough to rank against established local competitors.

What we built

We designed and hand-coded a complete multi-service website — a homepage plus five dedicated service pages, each built for one specific audience: Vacant Home Staging for realtors and investors, Home Organizing for families, Move-in Concierge for luxury relocators, Seniors Downsizing, and Office Organization for professionals. Each page has its own argument, structure and conversion path: the staging page leads with ROI math and days-on-market risk; the organizing page leads with a "Zero-Judgment Guarantee" and emotional reassurance. Across all of them runs one premium visual language and a consistent trust layer — two-specialist positioning, confidentiality, verified Google reviews. The build includes genuinely complex interactive work: multi-step assessment forms that pre-qualify leads by role and budget, before-and-after comparisons, ROI calculators, a drag-through portfolio reel, and an editorial Journal for content marketing. Underneath sits a full technical-SEO foundation — unique titles, meta and Open Graph on every page, local-intent targeting for Summerlin, Henderson and MacDonald Highlands, and search-ready alt text on every image — built to give a brand-new domain a clean, fast, fully-indexable foundation from the start.
