Every project ships with 30 days of fixes included. After that, a plan keeps the site running and keeps it found. Care Basic handles the upkeep: hosting, backups, monitoring, updates. SEO & Care adds the monthly work that brings customers in: Google search, your Google Business Profile, reviews, articles and AI answers, checked by hand every day and reported once a month. SEO Growth is for growing faster: new pages every month, 9 articles a month, directory listings and a monthly review of three competitors.

(03) — How it works
Written work, no lock-in

A plan runs the way the studio does: you send requests by email, the change is made and goes live on your domain, and everything stays on the record. There's nothing to schedule and nothing to chase.
On SEO & Care the work has a monthly rhythm. The first month is groundwork: whatever holds the site back gets fixed, your Google Business Profile is filled in properly, and the pages that are missing get written. After that the work is steady: rankings, the map, reviews, articles and what AI assistants say about you. Every day the site goes through a long checklist by hand; once a month you get a dated report of where you show up.

(04) — What the fee covers
Upkeep, and the work that gets you found
Care Basic: the first five. SEO & Care: all of it.
Hosting and SSL. The site stays served with a valid certificate, and renewals happen without you being told about them. Sites we build are static by design, so hosting is cheap to run and hard to break, which is why it sits inside the fee rather than beside it.
Daily backups, kept for a month. A copy is taken every day and held for thirty days, so a bad edit or a failed integration is a restore rather than a rebuild.
Uptime and security monitoring. The site is watched rather than assumed to be fine: if it goes down or starts answering wrongly, we find out from monitoring, not from you.
Platform updates. Dependencies, build tooling and connected services are kept current. On a hand-coded site this list is short on purpose.
Content edits. Care Basic includes one minor edit request a month: a price, a phone number, a paragraph, a swapped photo. SEO & Care removes the counter, with a two-business-day turnaround on each edit.
Google search (SEO & Care). The phrases your customers type, a page that answers each one, titles, structure and links set by hand, and fixes when a page slips.
Your Google Business Profile (SEO & Care). Run for you: description, categories, services, photos and updates, kept in step with the site.
Reviews and articles (SEO & Care). A reply to every review, in your voice, and articles written around the questions your customers ask before they book.
AI answers, checks and the report (SEO & Care). Clear, consistent details that ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity can quote; a long checklist gone through by hand every day; and a dated monthly report of where you show up on Google, in Maps and in AI answers.
(05) — What a plan is not
A plan, not a second build
And never a lock-in: the files are yours from final payment.
A redesign, a new feature or a migration is project work, quoted in writing before anything starts: the same one-time pricing the original build ran on. A plan keeps what exists healthy and keeps it found; it does not quietly become an open-ended retainer for whatever comes up.
Nothing about it is a lock-in either. The code and design files are yours from final payment, documented so any developer can pick them up, and your Search Console stays in your name. If you stop a plan, you keep the site, the domain and the data.
The same people who built the site are on the other end: no account managers and no hand-offs. Requests go to email and are answered the same business day, and the studio behind them is a New York-registered company that has operated under the same name since 2011.

Care Basic keeps the site healthy: online, backed up, current. SEO & Care also works on getting it found: your rankings in Google, your place on the map, your reviews and what AI assistants say about you, with a dated report every month so you can see what moved.
Is there a minimum term, and can I stop a plan?
Care Basic has no minimum term: stop in any month and the site keeps running. SEO & Care and SEO Growth have a 3-month minimum, because search work takes time to show, and after that you can stop in any month. Either way the code, the design files and the domain stay yours.
Which plan do I need?
If the site mostly needs to stay online and current, Care Basic is enough. If you want more customers to find you through Google, the map and AI answers, that work is in SEO & Care. If you want to grow faster, with more pages, more articles and more directories listing you, that is SEO Growth. Not sure? Can I put a site built by someone else on a plan?
The plans run on sites we build. If your site was built elsewhere, we audit it for free and tell you what it would take to keep it online and get it found, whoever ends up doing the work.
What is not covered by a plan?
A plan is upkeep and search work, not a second build.
